The Heart Behind These Journals
Welcome! I’m Alexandra, a children’s book illustrator with a deep passion for mindfulness. For years, anxiety and mental health challenges have been a part of my life and my family’s journey. Unable to find a solution that truly worked, I turned to research, therapy, and ultimately, a one-day-at-a-time approach to healing.
Through this journey, I created a simple yet transformative daily routine that improved my life significantly. Wanting to share this powerful tool with my loved ones but unable to find anything like it on the market, I dedicated myself to designing and illustrating a daily journal that could help others.
In less than 10 minutes a day, this journal helps you develop mindful practices, set meaningful goals, and enhance your overall well-being—one day, one step, one breath at a time. I’ve also included unique coloring pages with simple tips to manage stress and anxiety, encouraging creative mindfulness in a fun and engaging way.
My dream is for this journal to bring positive change and emotional balance to your life, just as it has to mine.
