Shipping Information
We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Here’s what you need to know:
- Free U.S. Shipping: Orders over $50 USD ship for free within the U.S.
- Free International Shipping: Orders over $200 USD ship free worldwide!
- Processing Time: Your order will be processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery Time: Check the estimated delivery times at checkout (they’ll start after we process your order).
Tracking Details: Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow its journey.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your journal! If it’s not quite what you hoped for, we’re happy to help:
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
- What Can Be Returned: Items should be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Exceptions: Customized items, final sale, or discontinued products can’t be returned.
- Return Shipping: We ask that customers cover the return shipping cost.
- To get started, just email us at support@aleart.com, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that returns sent without approval can’t be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Oh no! Did something arrive damaged or not quite right? We’ll make it better:
- Let us know within 5 days of delivery by emailing connect@aleart.com.
- Share a photo of the damaged or incorrect item so we can take a closer look.
- We’ll send a replacement or refund—your choice!
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll check it out and process your refund as quickly as we can. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take a few days to show up depending on your bank or credit card provider.
