Growth, Clarity or Strength: Which journal is right for you?

The Growth, Clarity and Strength Daily Journals, green, blue and red with gold foil covers, fanned out on a soft floral background

Three journals, one simple practice. Find the one that speaks to you.

What if just a few minutes each day could help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and notice the little things that make life meaningful? When I created my Daily Journals, I wanted to bring together three things I love: the power of words, the practice of gratitude and mindfulness, and the simple joy of coloring.

I imagined a journal that would give me a little inspiration in the morning, a moment to reflect at night, and a creative break during the week. I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, so I decided to create it myself... And that's how Growth, Clarity, and Strength came to life!

They are three versions of the same Daily Journal. Each follows the same simple routine, about five minutes in the morning and five at night, with a little time to color and reflect each week.

What makes them different are the words and illustrations inside.

Each journal has its own inspiring quotes, daily prompts, and hand-drawn coloring pages, all centered around a different theme. So how do you choose? Perhaps the easiest way is to ask yourself: What would I like a little more of in my life right now?

Three journals, three beautiful intentions

Growth: A little more gratitude

Green | Gratitude, positive habits, and personal growth

Growth is about learning to notice the good, appreciating the little moments, and celebrating progress, no matter how small. It's a gentle reminder that growth doesn't always happen in big, extraordinary ways. Sometimes it happens quietly, through the little things we choose to do every day.

Choose Growth if you'd like to bring more gratitude into your days, build positive habits, and appreciate how far you've come.

Clarity: A little more presence

Blue | Mindfulness, focus, and intention

Life can get busy, and sometimes our thoughts get even busier.

Clarity invites you to slow down, clear a little space in your mind, and reconnect with what truly matters. Through inspiring words and thoughtful prompts, it encourages you to begin each day with intention and end it with reflection.

Choose Clarity if you're looking for a little more calm, focus, and presence in your everyday life.

Strength: A little more kindness toward yourself

Red | Self-care, inner strength, and reflection

We often remember to take care of everyone around us, but how often do we give ourselves that same attention?

Strength is a little reminder to make room for yourself, to listen to how you're feeling, and to recognize the strength you already carry. Because being strong isn't always about doing more. Sometimes it's about knowing when to rest, when to let go, and when to be gentle with yourself.

Choose Strength if you'd like to make self-care a more meaningful part of your days.

What makes all three journals special?

No matter which one you choose, the practice is the same.

Five minutes in the morning: Begin your day with a little inspiration, gratitude, and an intention for the day ahead.

Five minutes at night: Take a moment to reflect, check in with yourself, appreciate something good, and think about tomorrow.

A little creative time each week: Look back at your week, notice your habits and progress, and enjoy an original hand-drawn coloring page.

Each journal includes:

  • 90 undated days of guided journaling

  • Daily inspiring quotes and reflection prompts

  • Morning and evening check-ins

  • Weekly Look Back, Move Forward reflections

  • Habit trackers and original coloring pages

  • A beautiful 216-page hardcover with gold-foil details and a ribbon bookmark

  • A comfortable 6 × 9 inch format

You don't need journaling experience, artistic skills, or a perfect routine. And because the pages are undated, you can begin whenever you feel ready. Missed a day? Simply turn the page and begin again.

Can you use all three?

Absolutely! In fact, I love the idea of moving from one journal to the next.

Imagine spending 90 days exploring gratitude with Growth, then beginning a new chapter with Clarity, and later making a little more room for self-care with Strength.

The routine stays familiar, but every journal brings new words to reflect on and new illustrations to color. Together, they offer 270 days of creative mindfulness, almost nine months of little moments just for you.

A thoughtful gift for someone you love

I also love the idea of giving a journal as a gift. Not because someone needs to change or improve, but because we all deserve a little time for ourselves.

Perhaps Growth for a friend beginning a new chapter, Clarity for someone with a very busy life, or Strength for the person who is always taking care of everyone else. You can choose a theme that feels meaningful, or simply pick their favorite color and maybe add a little handwritten note inside. Sometimes a few thoughtful words make a gift even more special.

Each journal is $27.95, and U.S. orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

A little invitation to begin

A new year, a birthday, a change in your life, or simply an ordinary Tuesday. There is no perfect day to begin taking better care of yourself. And there is no perfect way to journal... Some days you'll have a lot to say. Other days, just a few words. Both are enough.

My hope is that whichever journal you choose becomes a little space in your day where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy a moment of creativity.

One day, one step, one breath at a time.

With love,
Ale

A few questions you might have

Which journal should I start with?

Whichever one speaks to you! All three follow the same daily practice. Choose the theme that feels meaningful right now, or simply the color you love most.

Are the three journals the same inside?

They share the same layout and journaling structure, but each has its own daily quotes, prompts, and weekly coloring illustrations.

Do I have to start on January 1?

Not at all. All 90 days are undated, so you can begin anytime and take a break whenever you need one.

How much time does journaling take?

About five minutes in the morning and five minutes at night, plus a little creative time during the week whenever you feel like coloring.

Do I need to know how to journal or color?

Absolutely not. The prompts guide you along the way, and coloring is simply an opportunity to relax and enjoy the creative process.

Can I continue with another journal after 90 days?

Yes! Each one offers a fresh collection of quotes, prompts, and illustrations, so you can continue the same familiar practice with a new theme.
