None of us knows what tomorrow will bring. Life can change in a single minute. Maybe that awareness isn't meant to scare us. Maybe it's meant to wake us up, to love a little deeper, worry a little less, stop postponing joy, and appreciate the life we have today instead of waiting for the perfect tomorrow. 

I also learned through these difficult days that we have a responsibility to take care of ourselves. Because when we nourish our bodies, protect our peace, and care for our mental health, we aren't turning away from others. We're making sure we have the strength to keep showing up.
